Refunds are not available for registration cancellations after March 26th. Substitutions are allowed, but should be e-mailed to Joan Masters at MastersJ@missouri.edu.

Spending Money
We want this conference to be as affordable as possible so we are supplying dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Additionally, all costs associated with Thursday night’s entertainment are included in your registration fee. You might want to bring some extra money for snacks, and any sightseeing that you plan to do.

Conference Registration Areas & Hours
Once you check into your hotel room, come to the conference registration area located in the hotel lobby.
Registration hours are: Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

What to Wear
This is a professional conference but jeans and khakis are fine. Use your best judgment. Hotels tend to be a bit chilly so you may want to wear layers in case some meeting rooms are colder than others.

Vegetarian and Special Meal Needs
Partners in Prevention is happy to provide vegetarian or vegan meals to our conference guests given appropriate notice. Each registered vegetarian/vegan will receive special designation on his or her nametag. If you do not register as a vegetarian/vegan in advance of arrival, we cannot guarantee that a vegetarian meal will be available to you. In addition, if you have any other special meal needs please note that on your registration or contact Joan Masters at MastersJ@missouri.edu before March 20th.

Payment for registration
Checks can be made out to University of Missouri. University of Missouri system campuses may pay using mocode and ps account. Please contact Billy Jamison at jamisonb@missouri.edu for more information.
