Presenting at Meeting of the Minds
For those chosen or invited as speakers at the 2010 Meeting of the Minds Conference, this gis helpful infomation about the conference.

As a presenter, please check in at the Presenter Check-In table located adjacent to the Registration Table in the Main Lobby of the Kansas City Airport Marriott. We will verify your AV needs at this time. The registration table and presenter check-in table will be open 10am-9pm Thursday ,April 8, 7am-6pm Friday, April 9, and 7am-noon Saturday, April 10.

Guidelines for Presenters
After you check-in at the conference registration desk, please check in at the Presenter Check-In table located adjacent to the Registration Table in the Main Lobby of the Kansas City Airport Marriott. We will verify your AV needs at this time.

Please bring copies for 40 participants. We will attempt to cap each breakout session at 40 participants, as to obey fire codes and to allow participants to be divided equally among breakout sessions. A session host will greet you before your session to hand out evaluations and answer any last minute questions.

The planning committee for the Meeting of the Minds Conference strives to make its Spring Conference accessible to ensure full participation by persons with disabilities. Each presentation or session should be designed and conducted with the full participation of all conference attendees in mind. Therefore, the planning committee requests that all presenters review the following information and take the steps necessary to make all programming accessible to their respective audiences.
