A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Kansas City Airport Marriott. Rooms are available at a rate of $89/night for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. Reservations must be made before March 17th, 2010. There are two convenient ways to make reservations:
By Phone: Call 1-800-810-2771 or 816-464-2200. Be sure to mention that you are with the “Meeting of the Minds” in order to secure the room rate.You must make reservations in advance of March 17th, 2010 to ensure availability and to receive the very low room rates of $89 per night.On the Internet: Visit the “Location and Hotel Accommodations” page on the conference website or go to http://stayatmarriott.com. Enter PRVPRVA in the group code section of the website in order to receive your reservations at the conference rate”
Please note: If you are a member of Partners in Prevention or Partners in Environmental Change and are making a request to have your hotel covered by PIP or PIEC funds, please do not use the codes above. Please contact Joan Masters (MastersJ@missouri.edu) or your campus PIP representative to receive the code to make reservations.
